Built in 1854 during the gold rush, the Theatre Royal is the oldest continually operated theatre in Victoria. The venue features an art-deco facade, with a customisable marquee that can have the newlyweds names emblazoned above the entrance, a grand auditorium (perfect for long dinners and dancing) and a front bar/cafe with an extensive beer, wine and cocktail list.

A large rear courtyard is a beautiful setting for ceremonies and outdoor drinks / canapes.

Bistro Lola is the Theatre’s own fully licensed restaurant offering the finest in locally sourced produce and European-style dining. Bistro Lola can provide a full catering service, from cocktail style to al a carte dining. They also offer in-house, custom designed wedding cakes, by local award-winning pastry chef Felicity Cripps.
